Anti-Bush Protest in Fayetteville, NC Today (INFO)

Tue Jun 28, 2005 at 06:42:25 AM PDT

Do you live in or near Fayetteville, NC like I do?
Then I'm sure you know George W. Bush is coming to town today to give a prime-time speech about the war in Iraq. That's today.

Bush is going to try to make it look like the nation supports him when, clearly, it doesn't. You can do your part to counter Bush's media machine by coming to a protest this very afternoon in Fayetteville, sponsored by the Quaker House of Fayetteville.  To break it down:

WHAT: Anti-Bush Protest
WHERE: Fayetteville Market House, Fayetteville NC
WHEN: 5 pm Tuesday June 28 (TODAY)

The Fayetteville Market House marks the historic and symbolic center of Fayetteville and sits at the intersections of Green, Gillespie, Person and Hay streets.

I'll be there.  If you live in eastern NC or SC, I hope to see you there, too.
